One of the people I work with tells me to just wait, I should listen to them :P The only PhoneGap API I needed to use was Media, to get around the limitations of HTML5 audio. To help with testing I wrote a wrapper function so I can switch between HTML5 and PhoneGap. So when I test the game on Desktop I can run it off HTML5, which behaves more like you would expect.
